About

Introduction

As artificial intelligence reshapes industries, women remain underrepresented comprising nearly half of India's graduates but less than 30% of its tech workforce. With NASSCOM forecasting a shortfall of over 600,000 AI professionals and LinkedIn projecting millions of new AI roles by 2028, there's an urgent need to bridge this gap and unlock women's potential in the digital economy.

Edunet, in collaboration with Microsoft and SAP, presents AI Careers for Women—a national initiative to equip women with AI as India advances towards bringing an uptick of women in the workforce in technology enabled careers.

This program offers structured training, certifications, mentorship, and hands-on project experience, empowering women to build careers in emerging tech. In collaboration with Microsoft and SAP with support from government partners like Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Edunet presents this opportunity for Women to equip with essential AI skills, preparing them for meaningful opportunities to stay relevant in the evolving job market.
